Summary: sansa 2 gig disc player
Comment: I love the player, it's small and easy to use BUT it came with a disc to install rhapsody to download music. Rhapsody didn't work on my computer at all--it kept freezing it up. So my son used it on his to download some music. I didn't realize at the time that we would have to pay $15 per month to keep using the songs that we were made to believe we downloaded for free. It was a huge pain to delete everything and just start over with windows explorer (which we should have done in the first place) and I still can't get rid of the message that pops up that I have to resynchronize with rhapsody. It should be made clearer to the user that these downloads are not in fact free after the 1st month.

Summary: Great for audio books
Comment: Bought this as my first mp3 player to download audio books. Chose SanDisc because Apples are not compatible with the library's download software. I chose the Clip because I listen to books as I workout or do yardwork. I have been very pleased; the small size is a real benefit from Cassette or CD players. The menu and navigation through the various operations is easy and intuitive, for this rookie mp3 user.

Comment: This is the second Sansa of this type that I've bought (first one's for my wife), and it works well. One thing to know when loading music to it: Don't load more than 10 songs at a time, or it won't load them right, and you'll end up with what sounds like a scratched CD. That said, if you drag 10 songs to it, then another 10, and so on, you're in good shape. Kind of a bummer, but that's what I've found. Once the songs are on it, it's great.
