Comment: My husband only wears this type and color dress shirt...the blended cotton shirt in blue. I couldn't find them at local stores in town for a good price. However, I did find them at Amazon where I go first for practically everything I am shopping for. I ordered the shrits, not only did they come quickly, they were pacakaged beautifully. It was obvious that the packing department had been trained well...including care cards on beautiful stationery. There's an old saying "presentation is everything" and that is still true. I was so pleased from the opening of the shipment and now the wearing and washing of truly fine garments. The shirts are "no iron" or I guess it's called wrinkle free. They feel good on, fit nicely and best of all, I take them right from the dryer to the hanger...so, both my husband and I are delighted with the product. The service was stellar as well. We will definitely order again when we need shirts.

Summary: fine shirts that give gents a great "look"
Comment: Van Heusen makes a wonderful button down oxford cloth shirt with nice long sleeves. This is perfect for workplace environments, casual business deals--and even school uniforms, as another reviewer correctly notes. The shirts stand the test of time; and they don't wrinkle, especially if you take them out of the dryer as soon as the drying cycle is done. Moreover, these shirts don't fray at the ends of the sleeves or the neck with proper care. I like the stitching very much.
The shirts are manufactured from a blend of cotton and polyester--this is excellent since this means that the shirts are permanent press. Some people may suggest that you should tumble dry these shirts on a lower temperature; but I always wash and dry mine in regular temperatures and there's never a problem. The colors don't bleed onto any white clothing, either. I'm impressed!
The button down collar gives the shirt a more conservative look; but this works very well in most office environments. If you're wearing this to a "sporty casual" event you can always wear this shirt with an open collar. The button down collar also helps keep the gentleman's tie in place.
Just one caveat: take these out of your dryer as soon as the drying cycle is finished. That way they will not need any ironing whatsoever and the full effect of the "no wrinkle cloth" will be yours. If you leave these in the dryer for several hours they might need a little bit of ironing; and this disappoints me. I have to take off one star for this.
Overall, I still highly recommend these button down oxford cloth long sleeved shirts by Van Heusen. They are remarkably durable in that they really don't wrinkle and they are permanent press. They give gents a great "look."

Summary: good shirt at a fair price
Comment: I bought several of these shirts for my son who wears them as part of his school uniform. I wanted a no-iron product at a fair price,that would hold up well. I got all three. The shirts must be removed from the dryer immediately in order avoid all ironing. He has shirts that are better in the wrinkle-free department, but they cost twice as much.

Comment: My husband received this same shirt through work. Except his had the company logo on it. Well he loved it so much- because of the structure, the weight, it being wrinkle-free- that he wanted me to find something similiar if possible. Well not only did I find something similiar, I found the exact same shirt. Big points for me! I also love this shirt because it washes so well. If you need to wear white dress shirts often, purchase this one. You will not be disappointed.
