Comment: i am eating this now it is the closest cheese i have ever tasted to the unpasteurized cheeses of Paris that i love so much and cannot afford/find in Sacramento. really it is that good. Viva Wisconsin!

Summary: Great Cheese but...
Comment: The cheese was warm and so was the ice pack that came with it. I don't know if the shipper knew it was to be kept cold or that it was coming to WARM TEXAS! The cheese was as if it had been brought by car with no refrigeration. I know because I tried to bring some cheese back one summer in a cooler with ice from Baraboo WI and ended throwing it away before I got home. Still I ate it and it was excellent cheese.
