Summary: Great Sugar Free Cookies - Recommended
Comment: Being recently diagnosed as diabetic, I am always on the lookout for good tasting sugar free snacks and these cookies are a just that! The cookies are very good and even my kids like them!
The serving size is 4 smallish cookies at roughly 100 calories and less than 18 carbs (6 in Malitol, so total is less). This is a good snack size and does not seem to effect my blood sugar levels in any significant way.
Highly Recommended! I also recommend Joseph's Lite Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies 11 oz. bag
