Summary: Too fragile
Comment: These glasses are a great idea, a nice shape, and perfect for beer. They would get a five except they are both broken in two weeks time. They are ultra thin glass. One broke the first time it was used. Set it down on the granite counter a little too hard and it cracked. The second one broke when I dropped a really small ice cube into it. Just pop! Another one bites the dust.

Summary: Keep beer cold and surprisingly good-looking too
Comment: I bought these for my husband. He's a draft beer lover and I got them for him to use with his beloved Heineken mini-kegs. My thinking was that their ability to keep the beer cold would be a big plus. Now that we are using them, I have to say that's only one of the pluses. They definitely keep liquids as cold as when they go in. Beer doesn't lose its head as fast as in other glasses and it tastes great to the last drop because it is so cold. But there's more we have found we like about these glasses. For one thing, they weigh so little. A typical beer glass is made of much heavier, thicker glass, which sounds great until you lift it over and over. It's surprising what a more pleasant experience it is to lift such a light glass! Never really thought about it before now, but it makes a difference. Also, these glasses are beautiful. The space between the two walls is almost sculptural and the sloping shape is pretty to look at. Last, we have found that we really like the size. So many beer glasses are so tall, and these aren't. They hold 12 ounces, which is plenty for a serving -- who needs to have 20 ounces of beer all at once? These fit in our dishwasher and just really work for our needs.

Summary: Great cups, excellent insulation
Comment: These cups are amazing. You can put scalding hot or ice cold beverages in them and your hands will not feel a thing. They are well constructed. Each one is mouth blown, so minor differences between each might exist, but it gives each a unique character. The walls are thin, so they are prone to scratching and can be easily broken. However, the overall feel and great insulation more than make up for the negative aspects, and allow me to easily give these a 5 star rating anyways. They hold 12 oz., so a can of soda or beer fits in well, but without any room for extra foam.

Comment: My husband is a beer drinker and this is by far his preferred glass. Our only problem is that they're a bit fragile, but they're well-worth the special handling. We do put them in the dishwasher.

Summary: These glasses are AWESOME!!
Comment: I had gotten these for my bf for Christmas but I was so excited about them I couldn't wait another month to show these to him. The glasses are simply fantastic. Bf marveled at how light they are, and they look so beautiful holding your beverage. No condensation forms and they keep your drink cold for SO long. I usually sip my soft drinks and by the time I'm done they're room temp or very diluted from ice cubes. But with these, my drinks were cold to the last drop! I've been hand washing them gently and drying them in a rack, because I'm afraid of them clanking with other things in the dish washer. We use these glasses all the time and I'm SO glad I gave them to him now so he can enjoy them over the holidays!
