These scales are a terrific piece of kit ideal for weighing all postal items up to 25kg/55lbs - simply click a button on the side of the scale and the scale will switch between metric and imperial measurements.
One of the great features of these scales is the removable front display. A 60cm/2' cord connects the front of the display to the scale bed, otherwise it looks like a single compact unit. This feature is great when weighing large boxes.
All Ultraship scales come with a LIFETIME/30 year warranty - yes you have read this correctly! It is extremely rare we ever have a faulty unit - in our opinion these are the best quality and best value for money scales available.

Summary: Affordable and great way to avoid post office lines
Comment: I bought this to help with the onslaught of holiday package shipping. It's sturdy and does a great job for weighing absolutely everything. With this scale I was able to use the self-mailing websites of UPS and the USPS (Click N' Ship) and skip the long lines to mail things. For that alone this thing paid for itself. I also like that it can run on batteries! It doesn't give you the price of postage, but you can figure that out with the weights via those websites. They're always changing their prices anyway.
A great time saver, I will definitely continue to use this after the holidays for mailing things.
