Summary: Good for my headaches...
Comment: I bought my ijoy chair about 5 years ago. I love the chair & it really helped out on those stressful headache filled days. After a couple of years some of the programs like going up & down on certain spots stopped working on the chair & then a year or two later the rest of the features stopped working except for the rolling up & down. I'm trying to decide if I want to get another chair but not sure I would spend another $500 or $600 for a chair that may not last that long... but I did enjoy it while it worked.

Comment: This is a wonderful chair and I'm glad of this purchase.
It's very comfortable: the fabric is soft to the skin, the kneading massage action and the rolling massage (there are several choices) feel wonderful!

Summary: Problems down the road.
Comment: I purchased a factory refurbished model of this chair that arrived
defective. The chair turns on, the rollers sometimes work and the other features don't work at all. The warranty covers parts only and due to the nature of the problem, which I was told is a big problem with the 100 models, the part is on backorder. I wouldn't buy another ijoy 100.
