Summary: Without a doubt, this is the best Xmas Cd.
Comment: My first copy of these songs were on a 33 rpm record. Since then, this has been purchased for 2 more generations, only on a CD. The moment I play this CD for the holiday, my mind fills with all the precious memories of years gone by. We just love the way Johnny Mathis performs each song, this is the only Christmas CD that I play all the way through and never skip to the next song.

Summary: I LOVE THIS CD
Comment: Like the many others who have reviewed this cd, I grew up listening to it as well. I'm so glad I was able to purchase this CD just in time for the holidays. My dad played it every Christmas and it reminds me of my early childhood. Now my 3 yr old son will listen to the same great music I did. I love this CD and would recommend it to anyone who wants to hear excellent christmas music that really gets you in the holiday spirit. Enjoy!

Summary: A must for Christmas!
Comment: It wouldn't be Christmas for my family without the velvety-smooth vocals of Johnny Mathis. I love the traditional music this album highlights. His rendition of O Holy Night is one of the best I have heard. Johnny Mathis has such a wonderful range and vocal quality which is featured well on this CD.

Summary: Johnny Mathis still has it!
Comment: I grew up with this album on the record player and loved it as much during childhood as I do today as an adult. It's funny but when I listen to the CD I still remember where things would skip on the record version.
Christmas just ain't Christmas without Johnny Mathis, especially this album!
