How do I describe the mulberry? They look a little like the blackberry . . tubular shaped, seeded, purplish . . but they taste mostly like grapes! We pick the wild ones that grow on trees along the roadsides in Nebraska. A wonderful surprise when you taste it.

Comment: I was really excited about trying the Mulberry Jam because nobody (nobody) makes this stuff even tho' mulberries are perfectly ok for making jam. I was a little disappointed because I thought there was probably too much sugar in the jam, and the sugar drowned out the flavor of the mulberries. If I were making this, I would try to use a little bit less sugar than before.
